In today’s day and environment, hair fall has become a very common problem. And every day a new range of hair fall control products is being launched.
Among their plethora of products, WOW Skin Science also provides hair loss control therapy hair products. So when I ran out of my previous conditioner, I decided to try this hair loss control conditioner.
Let’s see how this conditioner fares, whether it meets the claims or turns out to be a dud.

This conditioner is from WOW skin science, Bangalore based company, which offers a wide range of hair and skincare products. The company claims its products are pure, natural, health-friendly, and easy to use.
This conditioner is from the hair loss therapy range of hair products. You can also find other hair products, like shampoo, serum from the same range. Apart from this range, they also offer products for dandruff, oily, dry hair.
Packaging
The 150ml conditioner comes in a tinted tube packaging. The tube has an appealing color combination, with all the details printed on the back. Bigger sizes are available in pump bottles.
Compared to bigger bottle, tube is comfortable to use and can be easily carried in a bag. The flip top is pretty tight, and ensures there is no wastage or leakage.

How to apply
Using this is pretty simple and similar to other conditioners. After washing your hair, apply the conditioner on your scalp and hair. Leave for 2-3 minutes and then wash off with cold water.
Since this conditioner is free from silicones, it can be used on the scalp as well and it won’t weigh down your hair.

The coditioner has white color and light cream consistency. It spreads easily on hair and washes off easily.
It has a very slight fragrance that fades away after washing.
My experience with WOW Skin Science Hair Loss Control Therapy Conditioner
I have been using this conditioner twice a week, for more than 3 weeks now. The usage instructions suggest using this with shampoo from the same range. As I had run out of only the conditioner, I got this conditioner and used it with Just Herbs 8 in 1 shampoo.
After hair wash, I towel dry my hair, and apply this conditioner from mid-length to ends. Even though it is suggested to use from roots, I generally avoid using it at roots. I leave it for 2-3 minutes and wash off with cold water.
It washes away easily and does not make hair sticky or oily. I have observed some hair fall while applying this.
Effectiveness
Now coming to the claims, I have not observed any difference in my hair fall, or texture. I air-dry my hair, and once dried its frizzy and tangled mess. This conditioner does not help with removing tangles as well.
I have to necessarily use a hair serum to comb my hair after wash. I also, did not observe any smoothness or any other benefit to my hair.
If anything, this conditioner does not do the basic job of conditioning hair after hair wash.

- It does not provide any moisturization to hair
- It does not meet its claims of reducing hair loss or thinning
- Did not observe any benefits to hair
Recommendation
I won’t really recommend buying this conditioner. Give this a try if you are looking for light conditioning or CG- friendly conditioner.

Nope, I’m not going to repurchase this one.
