It contains apple cider vinegar and is free of silicones and parabens which is amazing in general and specifically for acne-prone skin. So, without further ado, here is the Mamaearth oil-free face moisturizer with apple cider vinegar review.
I have acne-prone, sensitive skin which behaves weird depending on the weather. In summers, normal moisturizer makes my t-zone oily while my cheeks become dry. So I’m always looking for a decent moisturizer that keeps my skin properly moisturized. Since I frequently buy Mamaearth products for myself and my daughter, when I saw a sample of this moisturizer on Smytten app, I decided to try it.

Let us see the details of this moisturizer before going into my experience with it.
Packaging
Mamaearth oil-free face moisturizer comes in a white tube with an outer cardboard carton. The packaging is pretty basic but is travel friendly. The list of ingredients, usage directions, expiry, and other important stuff is printed on the back of the tube as well as the outer carton.
I got the sample size as I wanted to try this before going for the full size. The sample tube has a screw top while the bigger tubes have a flip-top. Both the packaging are easy and safe to carry.

The ingredients of Mamaearth oil free face moisturizer are:

How to use
Usage directions are pretty simple. Take an adequate amount and apply all over the face and neck. It can be used both in the morning and at night. It can be used alone or it can act as a base for make-up.

I got this on Smytten for trial points which are a steal. A full-size tube costs INR 299 for 80 ml.
Texture & Fragrance
The moisturizer is white in color with medium-thin consistency. First time I used it I was skeptical if this would prove to be too heavy for my skin. But this absorbs easily and beautifully. It does not feel heavy on the skin and doesn’t leave a sticky feeling behind.
I’m not really a fan of the smell. It is faint chemically smell, which is not too strong. It fades
away after application.

This moisturizer claims to balance pH level of skin and reduce breakouts. It also gives long lasting hydration making skin smooth, supple, and elastic. It and removes oil from within the pores and closes pores to prevent further breakouts.
My review of Mamaearth Oil-Free Face Moisturizer
The sample size has lasted me for more than 2 weeks of continuous use twice a day. Overall I’m pretty happy with this moisturizer. Twice a day after washing my face, I first apply Mamaearth skin plump face serum, followed by this moisturizer.
When used in combination with the serum my skin feels properly moisturized and hydrated. T-zone, forehead, nose bridge feel moisturized and not oily, while cheeks don’t feel stretched. In current summer weather, my skin does not become sweaty or clogged after using this.
When used alone, my t-zone was properly moisturized. My cheeks felt a little dry and stretchy, which was taken care of by using a sunscreen or night cream depending on the time of the day. This may become too dry for dry skinned beauties.
The moisturizer spreads beautifully and absorbs quickly without leaving behind any sticky feeling. It contains apple cider vinegar, which is known to be beneficial to the skin, and this moisturizer also hydrates the skin nicely.
